1. What is your return policy?

 

We want you to love every product you purchase from Litz Beauty. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item).


2. How long does shipping take?

 

We usually process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.

 

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

 

For your convenience, Litz Beauty accepts a variety of secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are encrypted to ensure your information is safe.

 

4. Are your products clean, non toxic, and free from harmful chemicals?

Yes. All of our products are made with clean ingredients. Many are also cruelty-free, vegan, and non-toxic. In addition, lots of the products we carry are formulated without common harsh chemicals such as SLS, phthalates, parabens, and more.

Because every product is unique, we include a full ingredient list and “free-of” details in each product description. We encourage you to check each item’s product page to see exactly which chemicals it is free of, so you can shop with confidence.

 

5. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

 

Many of the products we carry are designed with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested formulas. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list for potential sensitivities. If you’re unsure, it’s best to do a small patch test before applying a new product to your full face.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, we charge a flat shipping fee of $7.97.
